Also possible without all-wheel drive: Take the VW T3 to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco

Robin, Tim and Janis took six weeks for their road trip. The three guys are on the road with a T3 1.9 TDI (which is currently in Casablanca due to a lack of ground clearance) and two T4 2.5 TDIs with 102 hp, which, according to Janis, “have more defects than they have on the kilometer have a speedometer”. So far their journey has gone via France, Spain and Portugal to Morocco in the Atlas Mountains at an altitude of over 4,000 meters.

The declared goal is to cover all 4×4 off-road routes there. However, there is no travel budget or four-wheel drive. This makes it much more exciting. So far everything has been mastered with a lot of effort, patience and wine.

We keep our fingers crossed and wish you a safe journey 👍👍👍
